About Us
The Pepperwood Springs Road is a private road for use of residents.
The Road Maintenance Association is a cooperative comprised of land owners in the Pepperwood Springs Sub-Division and legacy properties that have deeded access.
Management by the Association is empowered by the deeded right-of-way mapped by the sub-division developers in 1971 and a founding charter, last amended in 1994.
Pepperwood Springs was originally settled by homesteading families who sought refuge in nature with affordable +/- 20 acre parcels.
The development is uniquely divided, Surveyed with property lines winding organically along mountain contours and the road to create irregularly shaped parcels. Each of the 19 parcels has their own spring water or deeded access to springs on adjoining parcels.
The Pepperwood Spring also supplies water to homes in Piercy.
